Wild Knight in Scottsdale > has been open only a few months and has just recently started popping. While it's still pretty early in the life of an old town disco I think this one has potential to be a top spot for a while.
The layout is open and the people traffic flows without any issues from what I've seen thus far. Getting a drink even at the busiest point in the evening hasn't really been a problem either because there are two decent-sized bars on opposite ends of the bar that always appear to be adequately staffed [the cute bottle chicks seem to be alert and on top of their game as well].
There is no shitter in the men's room either, just urinals. If you need to poop then GO HOME! Don't stink up the place we're partying at, rookie. No stalls eliminates the group of stupid crackheads blowing lines off the toilet paper holder for days while a dozen others are trying to piss. It also eliminates girls coming in to bypass their own line who take 5 minutes longer to pee than dudes.
Finally, the music is rock solid. I've only been on Saturday nights but that is when DJ Noah Wylie spins it and he is one of my favorites here in the valley. You've probably heard his sickness at W, Narcisse, Smashboxx or other hot spots around the east side. If not, do yourself a favor and come out to Wild Knight tonight. The music will be dope, the air conditioning will be on full blast and the zB Party Posse will be out celebrating Matt Black's birfday. Do it.
